I understand that life can get overwhelming at times. You may feel lost, as though you have no one to talk to.  Perhaps you need time to process traumatic events or you're going through big life changes. 

Therapy can be accessed if you're wanting to feel heard and you just need to talk.  It is my ultimate goal to create a supportive environment so in your own time, you will feel ready to talk about your feelings.

 

 As a member and qualified counsellor of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I will be here, walking with you on your therapeutic journey.

What I will do as a therapist

Seeing and talking to a therapist is different from confiding to a family member, loved one or friend. Having your own space that is safe to explore thoughts and feelings is really important for our mental health.
